NINJA Question –

Wise Ninja Masters,

I come before you ashamed at my FAR failure. My score of 70 is a shame on the whole ninja family. 🙁 Nonetheless I will bring honor again on November 9th, 2017. Considering my shameful score is 6 weeks of preparation sufficient to earn and claim a spot as graduated ninja with a 75+? My preparation previously consisted of reading and taking notes through the entire book, this was time consuming and it didn’t feel particularly helpful. I also did several hundred MCQs. As my time is limited between now and 11/09, I wish to maximize my time as best I can. Reading the book seems to take too much of my time. Should I read all of the ninja notes every day? For those ninja masters who’ve been in a similar “time-crunch” what have you done?

First of all: There is no loss of honor and nothing to forgive. All you must do is try, and never quit! 😀
Second: I think 6 weeks should be sufficient, I did 7 weeks for my first attempt, considering that you have 6 weeks and already have a good understanding of the material I feel that it should be good enough. A 70 sucks, BUT a silver lining is to know that you have a good grasp on the material, but just need to focus more on some details and maybe 1 or 2 weak areas, at least from my prospective, and I AM BATMAN (In training). I would really focus on doing mcq and sims and taking notes on why you may have gotten some wrong and even the ones you have right. My professor said every MCQ gives you 4 opportunities to learn (cause of the 4 different answers). Reading is not my strongest way to study personally as I do not retain information that well. My best way was to constantly do MCQ, I think I did like 2,200 for FAR by the end of my studying. You can AND YOU WILL pass FAR my friend!
