I’m sorry if this question has been previously asked but was hoping someone could help me understand how the Ninja 10 point combo works when also using Becker.

I’m taking Auditing (I heard this one is a beast) on Oct 2 and am half way through A1 of the Becker Audit book. Am I supposed to finish all the audit chapters from Becker before starting the Ninja study?

When should I start listening to the videos and reading/re-writing the ninja notes?

I purchased the 10 point combo for FAR this week. I also had a question as to the recommendation for implementing the 10 point combo into my study plan. My prior plan was watching all the videos (Yaeger CPA review) then going through all the recommended questions in the Wiley books then going through the questions in the Wiley test bank. I also wrote notes while watching the videos and doing the multiple choice and went through my notes at the end rewriting what I felt i was the weakest at. I spent 20 hrs a week for 6 weeks total.

This time I am intending to spend 20hrs a week but give myself 7 weeks in order to add in the 10 point combo. I realize I may need to spend less time on multiple choice in order to add in the additional 10 point combo information in the plan. But I need some recommendations as to how much time and when should the 10 point combo notes, rewrite and audio be done. Also I have not really checked out the Blitz in which I had to use Paypal to access. Any information as to what and how to effectively use the Blitz would be greatly appreciated.

I would follow the N.I.N.J.A. steps in regards to video/mcq order.

During any downtime, read the notes … listen to the audio as many times as possible during commutes, exercising, at your desk, etc.

I don't think adding the combo adds more time to your plan…it is designed to make more efficient use of your time.

If you have 7 minutes before you go somewhere – you're not going to fire up lectures or MCQs – but you could knock out 2 pages of NINJA Notes, etc. I know people who use the BLITZ Videos/Notes before they watch their regular review course and understand it better…the BLITZ videos are like a “cram” and can be watched multiple times because they're short.
