The NINJAs have had a lot of requests for the NINJA500 challenge to return.

So here it is…

1) Between now and late Sunday night (whenever you call it a night and sleep) – do 500 NINJA MCQ.

2) Post in THIS thread that you finished the 500 MCQ

3) Every NINJA who posts in here, earns the rest of the NINJA MCQ ninjas one day’s access to NINJA BLITZ.

Example: 5 people post … 5 days of NINJA BLITZ are unlocked for the community.

Example: 100 people post…100 days (I am capping it at 100 days 🙂

Q: Does it have to be 500 MCQ from NINJA?

A: Yes

Q: Are you going to double-check?

A: No. If the profession trusts you to protect the public interest, then so will I 🙂

Q: Do I have to get the 500 MCQ correct?

A: No – but if you’re going to spend the time – do it right. The goal here is to move you towards passing, not clicking through a bunch of questions to accomplish an arbitrary number of questions completed.

Done last night 510 AUD MCQs. Trending at 90% i hope this resembles my real exam score. Taking exam in 13 days. Thanx Jeff

I finished 508 questions last night at around 7:00 pm. I definitely got a lot out of doing the questions.

I came across a question on Goodwill. It showed the amount of goodwill that was generated from an acquisition, which was 200,000. It also stated that the useful life was 10 years. It showed an impairment loss of I think 9,000. I thought that you could now depreciate Goodwill for 10 yrs (or possibly less) as well as take the impairment loss. You mentioned that was one of the new changes that could be tested in FAR. The answer to the question just reported goodwill at the lower value and took into consideration the impairment loss. If I see a question like this on the exam, do I also take the depreciation on the goodwill in addition to the impairment loss?

I already have blitz for REG, either way I tried to get 500, but I could only do 447 (including today). Great Job to everyone who finished 500!
