    NINJA Question –

    Anyone else having this issue?
I would submit an answer and it would take forever to load. Then after displaying the correct answer I would click to go to the next questions, again, it would be super slow.

Tried logging out and restarting my browser.
    Using Firefox
    any advice?

Same problem.. I actually got online and logged in just to post that it has been incredibly slow over the last hour.

I've had this happen before in the past as well. No solutions have worked – Tried Safari, Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer and am using Edge.

Maybe there is heavy traffic or the software does not work well with modern browsers? Worse comes to worse just use a different computer or try another time like late night.

My Mac has not been updated to the latest OS — scared to update my computer during the examination period, most likely update it after I am finished with all parts.

Was not able to update java as someone had suggested because of this. Looks like I am stuck with the super-slowness for now…anyone have any other suggestions? — have tried to use other browsers as well to no avail…really annoying having to wait about a minute per question =/

It happens from time to time – I think it has to do with the demand on the servers. It happens most after work, and on weekends and late evening. Times I assume people are more likely to be studying.

Yeah as of right now it seems to be pretty fast, thankfully!

Sorry – I've been out of town this weekend and am checking in.

I tried it on my super-slow country boon-docks interweb provider and it's fast for me.

    I wonder if it's a setting on your browser/router?

    I use a Macbook (El Capitan)/Firefox

I guess the mcq gets slower based on traffic/demand because after dinner time it has been faster than it has been since lunch time!!!

    Jeff-

It may actually be my browser. As I stated, I have not yet updated my OS — because of this many of the updates to my current browser are outdated.

I will upgrade my OS once I am finished with all the parts of the exam. I have heard stories of people losing data, poor performance after update, etc. so I just much rather deal with that after completion.

Also, I study at my local library so I am not sure of their router settings.

Thank you for your input Jeff! Hope you and your family had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

You can updated Firefox without updating your OS, I believe.

I have been having the same problem for days. I have tried different browsers, updated to the latest java, and have updated all my broswers/operating software and it is still very slow. It is a bit frustrating with my test coming up in about a week.

Sorry to hear this – what network are you using? Work? Home? Is it the same for both?
