NINJA Question –

I text the GF yesterday exclaiming my excitement about the new NINJA release and access to an additional 1,500 REG MCQs, her response, ‘Woohooooo, PARTY TIME!’ Needless to say she thinks I’m a total dweeb…

That being said this couldn’t have come at a better time. Sitting for the final exam (hopefully my FINAL exam), REG, on 5/3 and I’ve devoured every MCQ I’ve been able to get my hands on. I’m pulling all stops, and the past three weeks any moment not at work has been at my computer or with the textbook. I’ve had to say ‘no’ to free tickets to both Chicago Bulls playoff games (no coincidence they’re currently 0-2 against the Wizards), not to mention the birthdays, Thanksgivings, Easters, dates, engagement parties (that I’m standing up in!), after-work drinks, and countless other activities normal people get to enjoy. I’d watch a week’s worth of Real Housewives with my GF if that meant NO MORE STUDYING!

Best of luck to all of you still testing. I’ve had a chance to break into the NINJA MCQs and in my opinion they are a worthwhile investment at a very fair price. If you’re on the fence about purchasing think about what you might give to get over the hump on your next exam.

@mikehoncho I haven't gone through a TON of NINJA MCQs yet since I've been at work all day today, but I did about 50 before work today and I hadn't seen those specific questions in the WTB or in the Wiley Textbook. I've answered all MCQs in both of those Wiley sources 2+ times. There were a couple questions that were similar, but also there were a handful of NINJA MCQs that touched on a deduction, definition, or detail that wasn't covered once in any of the Wiley questions (2014 material only). This is what I was banking on when I purchased this content.

Wanted to add one more tidbit – I'd say one of the best features about the NINJA MCQ is the feedback it provides after you answer the question. Sometimes with WTB I'm looking at the solution feedback and I have to go to my book or the internet to supplement the solution provided. With this NINJA program, the solution is more clearly stated and if you have a question about a term or definition it provides a link to the keywords which is AWESOME. I'm finding knowing what the words in a question means is helpful when I'm answering.

More helpful solutions– that sounds great! Sometimes Wiley isn't very enlightening and will say something like, “(b) is incorrect because that isn't the correct answer.” Thanks, Wiley 😐

Great to know! I completed Becker and went onto WTB, but I'm struggling big time. With only 1 1/2 till REG, I'm panicking cause I feel like I know very little compared to before I started WTB and I feel WTB doesn't do a very good job explaining things. I also feel some contradict what I learned in Becker, unless I really do know very little lol.

Passed all sections.

I just wanted to bump this thread after score release to see if anybody who used the Ninja MCQ's had more input? I have Wiley until the end of the year, but am thinking about getting this.

I'd recommend the Ninja MCQs. I got them for my second round with FAR (passed!), and absolutely love the format! The adaptive learning feature is brilliant, and the explanations for each question are much more detailed than Wiley. You can learn a lot more from Ninja than Wiley, in my opinion. I have them for BEC and I'm really excited to see how that section shakes out! 🙂

There is also a feature where you can click a question mark to say you are guessing and even if you got it right, it will mark it incorrect so it will ask you again when you only request questions that you got wrong. That is an awesome feature for learning.
