NINJA Question –

Customer service is unable to help me with this piece of information so I am trying here instead.

There’s a link at https://www.ninjacpareview.com/about-the-ninja-cpa-review/ which helps you resetting your NINJA test bank i.e. erasing all statistics etc. so that you can get a fresh start. I need to do this on Sunday, since I will be working on my first round of MCQs up until Sunday night and then want to start with the adaptive learning thing by Monday morning (I’m in Europe so it will need to be reset Sunday evening US time).

On that page where you submit your e-mail address to have your account reset, it does not tell you anything about when it will take action… it just tells you “this will reset your account”. Can anyone tell me if a) it resets immediately or b) I get a chance to leave a message when I have clicked that button, so that I can notify the tech that I need it reset no earlier/later than Sunday night?

(this is very important for my study plan and my exam is next week, so I would really appreciate if anyone could give me some sort of insight in how this process of resetting the account works – thanks)
