NINJA Question –

I’m using NINJA for my REG retake. The first time I used Becker and felt okay – but didn’t pass.
I’m going through NINJA MCQ and the Business Questions are really hard! I understand the explanations but i’m not always sure why the other answers are wrong.

Anyone else retaking with NINJA?

I took REG and got 70 first time… and 88 the second time.
I would say for business law, just remember key words associated with different rules.

I just want to say, that I've taken and passed REG twice, and both times only used Ninja, so I think you're in good hands with that software.

For B Law, I would say to read up on the materials maybe. I have a b law background (worked in law before going into accounting) so I didn't find that part super difficult as most of it just made sense to me. The ninja materials did a great job of explaining things in my opinion, so just keep at it and I'm confident you'll get there.

I took REG in July and back then I thought Ninja had a bunch of UCC questions that weren't covered in Becker so I kind of ignored them but did the others. Blaw is a godo insurance for the test, however as Peter Olinto says you can fail blaw and pass REG, but if you don't know the taxation part and know blaw you will fail it, so I would focus on the taxation portion and make sure you know it really well. Ninja blaw prepares you well-it's a bit of an overkill compared to Becker I thought.
