REG NINJA MCQ Beating Me Up

    NINJA Question –

    I’ve used Becker for my previous three exams, and aside from the help of Ninja Notes for my FAR retake, Becker was enough to get me a pass. But after failing REG miserably in August, I could tell that I’d need something a little extra, especially with this one being last part and I’m ready to pull out all the stops to finish this exam. So I got Ninja Scout so I could use the MCQ and Notes.

    But holy crap, Ninja MCQ is really beating me up. Is this normal? I’ve only had it for a few days so I know I need to get used to it, but I’m doing very poorly so far. I went through my Becker materials so I figured Ninja might be a good way to review, and I realize I know much less than I initially thought. Which I guess is the point of review, but jeez how the heck do I bring my scores up? How do I even get out of the assessment phase? I’d really appreciate some good ideas on how to best utilize Ninja MCQ.

    When are you taking REG? I used Becker and Ninja audio and MCQs to pass in the 3rd quarter. I Went through all the material in Becker in 3 weeks and didn't worry about my scores too much. Then I spent the last week doing non stop MCQs in ninja. I felt unprepared, but was able to get an 81.

    I'm taking REG in December, so I have some time to get through Ninja. I was just wondering what is the best strategy to get through it, because right now, it seems like I'm not doing so well.

    If you don't mind sharing, do you think that Becker's material just doesn't match the actual REG test? Were you stronger in MCQ or SIMs? I posted a thread for the REG sims based on the blueprints earlier today. I am trying to align those blueprints with Becker SIMs. I did this with the help of another member on here for FAR that I just took and it really helped for the sims.

    I just don't like the idea of saying that you should know everything and anything really well for the test. I don't think its an efficient way of studying. The blueprints help you figure out what is going to be a MCQ question and what they expect you to tear down and build up in a SIM.

    BEC = 72 (6/08/16)
    FAR = ?
    REG = ?
    AUD = ?

    I think Becker can be sufficient on its own, plenty have passed under just Becker for all four exams. I was very burnt out by the time I took REG in August, and I remember not really being “there” when I was taking it. I was weaker in all categories because of it. I think if I was less exhausted when I took it, I'd probably score in the 60s. I'm supplementing with Ninja now so I don't start memorizing the Becker problems.

    I think Becker provides a decent representation of the exam, but I wanted the extra bank of questions to help me gain some extra points.
