NINJA Question –

I have to buy my NINJA Audio for REG for my early July test date– is there a lot of material that will likely need to be updated for Q3, or is most of it going to be fine if I get it and start listening to it now?

I was thinking that maybe I could just listen to the professional responsibilities and business law sections now, and wait for the update before I start listening to tax.

I’m just not sure of its format– if it has a lot of specifics or if it’s more conceptual.

Any advice? Thanks!

Kimboroni, the Ninja audio is great for REG, I agree with your plan to start listening to business law and professional responsibilities now. The law part is mostly if not all conceptual. I studied REG using Yaeger and the law notes are just massive so it was helpful to supplement with the audio program to drive in the main concepts. I think it's safe to listen to tax as well and just make a note of the changes when you get the update. In my experience, the updates only contained a few tax amount changes which shouldn't stop you from studying what you have.

I got my REG Ninja Audio purchased, downloaded, and burned to CD. After months now, the FAR CD is out, and the REG CD is in. I've been listening to music while I drive since after I took FAR on Wednesday, and it feels weird, like I'm doing something wrong. I'm supposed to be learning while I drive! lol
