I had several stops and starts when preparing for FAR.
I started out with CPAExcel until I realized I had 180 sections to go after several weeks of studying. I also noted that CPAExcel didn’t have MCQ’s testing on things I KNEW I would see on the exam.
I then moved to Wiley to begin taking notes. I soon realized that was futile.
In a moment of desperation, I turned to the Ninja notes to get a mental framework on FAR. I read the notes, copied them down, and then did only the Wiley MCQ’s two times each. I fully anticipated that this would NOT be enough to pass but somehow stuck the landing.
So that took me from a 50 to a 79.
So even though I had my disagreements with Jeff and I think I am still on the naughty list (you probably won’t be able to respond to this post), I have to give Jeff credit for some great notes and thank him for this site.
