NINJA Question –

I am trying to print my notes but I am getting a shadow. I am printing it from the pdf file. Am I doing something wrong. I have sent an email to support. This is the first time this has happened and it’s driving me nuts. Suggestions please.

I don't know if they disabled printing for some reason but in my copy just a few weeks old, I can print. I use Foxit. It's the best reader for annotation, etc and it will honor the security settings of an author. But if it doesn't print in Foxit – it won't print.

I changed the file from pdf to word document, I hope this helps. I'll let you know.

Well, since I spent most of the day playing with this trying to print, the suggestion is to try and print from another printer or computer. I guess I will…. 🙁 Maybe it's this dropbox thing. I don't know but oh well. If somebody figures it out please post.
I am using an hp F2480 inkjet printer, ink is replaced and printer has been cleaned.
