NINJA Question –
Can anyone share their experience passing REG using only NINJA products?
Here is my story: I am half way through the exams and feel like I am starting to have a mid CPA exam crisis if that makes any sense. I was barely passing using Roger CPA review questions. While I don’t care what I get at the end of the day, I hate the feeling of feeling under prepared during the exam. It is stressful. I love Roger’s lectures, but hate his questions and that seems to be a consensus on this forum for those that use Roger’s program. That is when I decided to buy the Gleim test bank. As I was going through the Gleim questions for REG, I found myself becoming extremely overwhelmed. I did not like reading from Gleim’s textbook, but for the most part I liked the questions. At this point, I found myself relying solely on Gleim. It was taking me a really long time to get through the material and I decided to move my test to 8/31 because I did not feel ready.
After moving the test, I decided that I needed to get a move on or else I was not going to stand a chance passing REG this quarter. I watched the Roger tax lectures and tried to go back from where I left off with Gleim problems. I could not bring myself to continue looking through Gleim’s book. I could hardly focus. That is when I decided to buy the NINJA textbook, MCQ, and audio. So far I really like the material. I feel like I am doing a much better job retaining the material from the reading. I also enjoy listening to the audio and particularly like the setup of the answer explanations for the MCQs.
I would love to hear what others’ experiences may have been with passing REG using NINJA products as their primary study source and if you have any advice on how to tackle these remaining two weeks using these products?
Thanks for the help!
