    NINJA Question –

It may come off as ungrateful. I do REALLY appreciate the NINJA software, but one thing that I am extremely looking forward to is NOT having to use the NINJA software ever again.

Like FOR REAL. It has helped me pass the first 3 exams (for which I am sincerely gratuitous) and I am relying on it for me to help to pass the last one. But I genuinely dislike how slow and unresponsive it gets. I think for every exam I’ve used this software so far it has added at least 10% of additional time to just get through the questions. Lately, working through the SIMs, it has even been MORE unresponsive. It won’t respond when I click and try to type in my answer. Even the AL stopped working.

I need to work much harder so I don’t need to buy this software again. Thanks Jeff for providing it at such a good price. But the kinks, hopefully, should be fixed for the future users.

Yeah, that really stressed me out. When have a limited amount of time and are trying to go through 200 MCQs a day, that delay is super frustrating.

I think the problem is that Ninja MCQ uses Java. Apparently Google Chrome doesn't even support Java anymore. Even when I was using Safari I had problems. I had to delete cookies/cache and mess with my computer to get it to go faster.

I'm using Google Chrome. Is that why it takes so long for the question to switch? It's very slow.

I use chrome at a virtual computer and it gets boggy. Ironically on my normal laptop the software is zippy. Maybe the software is sensitive to hardware power, but I honestly do not know why either. The virtual machine I use is theoretically more powerful than most computers, but it doesn't play well with ninja. It is a relief though that the actual exam does not load as slow as ninja does.

I'm very glad that I am not the only sufferer but apologetic that all of you are having issues with it as well. And I'm not sure it's the browser. I have used IE, since I'm at work. However, the IE at work is EVEN SLOWER than Chrome. So my best bet is just using Chrome, which is still unbearably slow and sporadically unresponsive.

Maybe Firefox works better? Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Java and Firefox. Delete the cache.
