NINJA Question –

So, when i go to the AL portion of the SIM’s,i only see limited code sec’s of the IRC. does this mimic the actual exam or is this a NINJA limitation? like does the actual exam SIM AL window only show those limited (20/30 code sec’s??)

for example say i forget how to calculate S/E tax.i should be able to figure it out via Sec.1401 & Sec 1402, however, they are not searchable/indexable in NINJA software.

is this a limitation or is that how it will be like on the actual REG exam? does the exam give you access to the whole IRC? if it does then no biggie i guess i will just use cornell law library search instead of ninja no prob to mimic the exam experience

It is a limitation of the Ninja software. For research questions, think of it as a condensed version of what you'll have to work with during the real exam. For the real exam, there is a ton more info to wade through on the research questions.

As for the real exam, my experience was that the AL wasn't much help for the non-research questions in REG.
