NINJA Notes VS Ninja Flash Cards

I was just wondering if Ninja Flash cards and Ninja notes are same. Are Ninja notes are presented the same way as Ninja Flash cards? I am not decided if I have to buy Ninja notes for Auditing caz I already have Ninja flash cards on my iPhone? Please suggest me.

The flashcards are essentially a quiz of a lot of the content in the Notes.
