NINJA Question –

Hello,

How long after placing an order for the Ninja MCQ’s will it take before one typically has access? Also, I entered the incorrect email address when placing the order. I emailed support 3 hours ago in reference to my mistake. Any other ideas how to get in touch with support or what the expected turnaround time should be? Any thoughts are appreciated.

A - 79 expires 4/30/16 need a pass on REG
B - 78
F - 80

Normally you will have instance access. Not sure about your email issue though

Credit revenue – did you get a reply from help desk? I have a question in since last night and no reply about expiration and renewal – if it is taking this long i may have to move forward without a response. Let me know. Thanks.

After 7 or 8 hours I sent another email and they responded within 15 minutes. I would try to email again maybe to a different category.
