    NINJA Question –

I am looking for a test bank to supplement CPAexcel for REG. I have already gone through all of the questions from Wiley Test Bank from my previous attempts, and given the new update I don’t really feel like using it anyways. So that leaves Ninja MCQ or Gleim Test Prep. Comments, suggestions?

Yay. The only thing I don't like is that you can't pause or delete sessions.

    REG - 5/29/12 (64), 10/1/12 (74), 5/20/13 (75, expires 12/31/14)
    FAR - 8/14/12 (64), 8/5/14 (75)
    BEC - 11/19/12 (70), 2/25/13 (72), 11/21/13 (73), 1/21/14 (73), 8/30/14 (72), 11/24/14 (75)
    AUD - 4/22/13 (65), 10/12/13 (79)

    I'm done!!!

    Ninja MCQ's are overall – decent & great bang-for-ya-buck.

Whats good – theres alot of them, they are manageable (not long winded like beckers), and you ca hit 100 questions a day for a number of days as a supplement to almost any review course. I haven't touched sims yet.

What's bad- some questions are TERRIBLE. They are so manageable in fact, they sometimes lack CRITICAL info. IE inventory valuation questions will not state whether or whether not they are in LIFO – so lower of cost or market or lower of cost or NRV is up to the question maker. Moreover, partnership questions in the sets and are not RELEVANT any longer….Similarly bad questions exist throughout the set. They are frustrating and a nagging reminder that this product – while useful – is not quite professional grade.

I kind of feel like the Ninja MCQ are exact replicas of the becker review questions (around 40% of the questions are the exact ones from becker) this may not be the case with every section, I just recently purchase this to supplement by becker REG course and I am highly disappointed and partially irritated that I wasted my money to get the exact same questions that I already paid 3300 to get.

@TracyTaylor You will see many of the same questions between all of the different review providers. This is because the AICPA has only released a finite amount of retired questions. The beauty of Ninja MCQ over the other providers' software is the analytics side. Seeing your strong and weak areas in the way Ninja breaks it down was huge for me to be able to review and pass.

    B - 88 (2/16)
    A - 84 (4/16)
    R - 73 (6/16), 82(7/16)
    F - 67 (1/16), 84(4/16)

    Ethics - 93
