I have just started using the NINJA MCQ and I really, really like them. My question is that I want to be able to reference back to the book for my problem areas and I was wondering how the reference number that shows up at the bottom of the screen in the answer screen relates to the book? I know you can click on it and it pops up with info, but I would really like to see where in the book this is. I hope this isn’t a completely obvious oversight on my part….. Need more coffee

I don't think there is any relation to the book as far as the question numbers are concerned. The book and the mcq's follow along with the CSO so whatever section of mcq's you're working on, you should be able to find that section in the book fairly easy.

Keep in mind that not all the ninja mcq's are included in the book. It only gives a couple examples for each topic.
