    NINJA Question –

Just curious. I know the pass rates for those who hit review is high. I was just curious if there has been a poll taken for each section individually? I am using for AUD but didn’t use it the first time I passed. The questions seem very challenging compared to my main study stuff (CPAexcel) so I was just got to thinking about how each exam topic did on MCQ. I know there is the thread that is pinned but wasnt sure if data was taken from that or if there could be an email with a poll done? Obviously I am procrastinating! 🙂

    FAR - 82
    AUD - 79 (lost credit), 75
    BEC - 76
    REG - 91

This thread is stickied up at the top, so you'll be able to find it easily. 🙂

Edit: Really should have read your post all the way through – sorry!! 😀

I haven't done a poll since the first big one.

If someone wanted to make a Doc breaking down each exam in the sticked thread – whether or not they passed – and all of their stats – and then share it with me…I'll send them some ninja goodies for their efforts…maybe 1 person for each exam.

After I pass this last one (!!!) I will take a section if no one has! 🙂 I just thought it would be interesting!

Jeff – How about you setup a Google Spreadsheet and then a form with all the required fields instead of using the current trending post?

That way you have the community inputting all the required data in a unified form… https://www.google.com/forms/about/ Then have a ninja populate all the information and offer your free goodies?

Here is an example of a cool Becker final exam 1&2 vs actual score: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18h1_IfOBv04SjkKDqUkzcjoj2OdXGMc_hxqot7N2u9w/edit#gid=0

I thought about that. There's more of a likelihood of trolling when you have an open doc like that.

Jeff once said the pass rates is over 700%. Because based on Jeff's photo on A71, and he looks trustworthy enough, I'll take his word for it.

Now, if only I can find the A71 poster who said he has a Unicorn for sale.

Yes – a first time pass rate of 813%. I think.

If not – that's the new pass rate.

At least mine changes over time 🙂

Jeff – I thought about that as well. To be honest, that thread kind of sucks because the lack of details in each post plus having to go through several pages to have an idea of the average performance. However, I would still consider doing it. It should be easy to identify trolls once you have established averages since they'll probably be consider outliers.

Can you make a sticky thread visible to only A71 members who are logged into the site? If so, how about making a sticky thread with the link to the form? The form should also ask for their username so there's just another field for trolls to stress over although there's no realtime way to verify that username against the forum.

Second idea via ninjacpareview.com WordPress platform:

Create a WordPress form via one of many form plugins to capture all the data needed and then have it exported to a Google Spreadsheet. It's been several years since I've played with WordPress but I can almost guarantee all of that functionality is there with about an hour or less worth of work. This allows you to have the form protected behind authentication virtually eliminating any chances of trolls
