NINJA MCQ Issues

    Has anyone else experienced issues with the NINJA MCQ software? It is super frustrating. I go to answer a question and it switches to another question I have already answered in that session, and counts it wrong. It is making my average decrease, and it is very hard to study. I don’t know why this is happening.

    I've used Ninja MCQ everyday for the past 10 days and haven't noticed this issue. Did it just start today for you?

    FAR: 39,59,TBD
    BEC: 74,79
    AUD: 77
    REG: September

    Any chance you're using a firewall that could mess with it? Does your account do it at all computers (work, home, mobile, etc)?

    @Jeff – not sure if I ever replied to your email, however I turned off the Windows Firewall as you suggested (since I'm already on a secure home network), and have had no issues. So – problem resolved, thank you!

    But… in summary… @kiwi9990 (wasn't trying to hijack your post :)).. I feel your pain and was having similar issues for the past month or so, but Jeff / Ninja IT folks will fix ya up.

    Thanks for the reply, everyone! I will turn off the firewall thing at home and see if that helps. It is worst at home, and only happened like once at work. Home is where I do the majority of my studying. This has been going on for like a week, but it seemed to be getting worse. I have been going through more MCQs too, so I'm not sure if that made it worse. Thanks!
