    NINJA Question –

Hi I can’t figure out how to make this work on my ipad mini. After I click on “start studying for far” I get a blank screen. I’ve tried using chrome and safari.

Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

saturn – this usually happens if people are behind some sort of firewall.

dethnode – I know it works on an Android Tablet running 4.0+. I am not sure about the phones…probably on the larger ones.

Haha this post became educational for BEC IT section lol here is a good example of what a firewall does!

BEC: 5/21/14 82! PASSED HALF WAY THERE!
    FAR: 4/2/15 80! Almost there!
    AUD: 69, 74, 4/3/14 81! PASSED
    REG: TBD

Thanks Jeff. I don't know how to get around the firewall.

The website isn't working on my laptop either. How do I know if it's a windows 7 firewall (laptop) or a Norton 360 firewall (laptop). If it makes a difference, I use verizon (not fios) internet and I'm hooked up wirelessly. The ipad mini is new so it's possible that I didn't set it up correctly.

    thanks

Saturn I would bet anything that its the norton firewall causing the problems, or perhaps a built in firewall through your wireless router.

@dethnode, I'm going to try the software tomorrow at work and see what happens. I wouldn't know how to configure the firewall without making it worse. thanks
