Anyone else on here experiencing issues with the Ninja Dojo site?

Was working just fine yesterday morning; however, when I attempted to login in in the afternoon it stated “Login failed”, I attempt to login again and had the same issue.

I clicked “forgot my password” and had it emailed to me. Copy and pasted the information directly from the email, it didn’t work. I hand typed it all again and still the same issue.

I cleared all the cookies in my browser (Google Chrome), still didn’t work. I switched to a different browser (Explorer) still didn’t work.

I emailed the support line and the tech stated that they don’t see anything wrong with my account, I sent them screenshots and my log in so they could try it themselves and all I got was – We will have to have a programmer look at it, “sit tight”. Haven’t heard back from them… I checked that my PMT was processed on my card and it was.

Anyone have any ideas or have experienced this? My study time is ticking away and it is very frustrating.. Please help if you can.

@Taylor: just wait for a response. It might just be simple hiccups. If you have notes, write your notes until it's fixed.

@taylor did you happen to just purchase the access, using the same email you've previously used to purchase something from them? I already had REG access that I purchased prior to the switch to the monthly subscription, but when I purchased the BEC monthly subscription, it forced me to put in a password in a weird “enter something for your password” box on the purchase page. So, that changed my password. That wouldn't explain why the password they just emailed you wouldn't work though, hmmm…
