NINJA Question –

I’m a little worried that I have memorized the NINJA MCQs for REG. How do I know if I have?

I have taken pretty much all of them one round through (using the “new questions” functionality). I was not scoring about 80% in any topic, and some topics were down below 70%. Now that I do them a second round (using the adaptive learning functionality), I score above 80%. Great for confidence, but perhaps just an illusion?

When you know the answer ahead of time, work out the problem and try to understand why the other options are wrong.

How are you in the Sales section? For some reason I still struggle there while doing great on the contracts section..

Last 2/3 of the first round of questions I did in that topic, I was scoring around 65%. I would that would be 75-80% now the second round, but not sure.

I struggled a little on memorizing what needs to be in writing, so made this list. Should create a mnemonic for that I suppose.

Need to be in writing:

1 Land

2 Sale of goods above $500

3 Mortgage

4 Impossible within 1 y under common law

5 Negotiability of instrument

6 Creation of trust

7 Attachment of security interest (if not possession)

8 Agency agreement longer than 1 y

9 Surety & guarantees

10 Mechant's firm offer

11 Change in contract under common law

12 Marriage

13 Execution

14 Transfer of copyright or patent

Need not be in writing:

1 Have already been performed

2 Acceptance

3 Express warranty

4 Assignment of contract rights

5 Agency agreement shorter than 1 y

6 Sale of specially manufactured goods (even above $500)

7 Admitted in court
