In the 2012 ninja notes it says deduct up to 10,000 of business start up costs, reduced dollar for dollar by amount over $60000, but the ninja audio says 5000/50,000. which is the correct number to go with?

Any chance you have an older copy of the notes? If I recall – I corrected that law change in early 2012. Email me for the new version.
