Jeff – BECinfo from MCQ v Ninja Fin Mgmt book

    NINJA Question –

    Ninja fin mgmt book, page 117, 01.e, states that in Fair Market Value the buyer is hypothetical, seller actual. Ninja MCQ # 515 says seller is hypothetical and nothing about the buyer.

    Jeff, Which is correct?

    if i had to guess, the book incorrectly states fair market value, instead of the correct fair value

    i am off to FASB to read the section. oh boy! then i am going to take a break and watch some Prime Minister Questions on cspan to watch them pound Cameron in the discussion on Brexit….it is all great fun!!
