Is my Ninja notes outdated?

    At 3:45 for Sales Law-Warranty of Title cannot be disclaimed. However, on page 99 of the Ninja Notes, it says “warranty of title can be disclaimed or modified.” After a quick google search, I have found the audio to be correct. So does that mean my notes are outdated?
