I tried sending an issue I'm seeing to “support@ninjacpareview.com” but it came back undeliverable. My problem I'm running into is this:

I am able to the questions to pull up, I have selected various numbers of questions to study between 5-30, but before I get to the end one question will stall out on me. I press to answer the question and it just refreshes the page and takes my answer off. I have even tried marking it as wrong and guessing, but it does the same thing and refreshes the page and won't let me move on. I just have to end the session 2-5 questions in, in order to get the page to change. It's not the same question that stalls out. I have tried on Chrome and IE with the same results on both.

Sorry if you were already aware of this and working on it, but I just wanted to say something in case you were not.

Ok – can you please try Firefox to see if that fixes it?

Are your browsers up to date?

Firefox is the browser that won't open the course at all. (It is Version 28 which I think is the latest)

Chrome (I downloaded to try instead of firefox so I imagine it is up to date)

IE (I had 9 installed, but it looks like 11 is the latest on it)

I was super excited to have ordered it this morning and get into it… but my darn system at work won't let me in 🙁 tried IE and Firefox (both up to date) and it gets stuck at Getting Started… sad I have to wait till I get home to get in there since I forgot my tablet this morning 🙁

ku – if you don't mind – please email me with a screenshot and we'll get it fixed – and that will hopefully fix frosty's issue too.

If anyone has issues using the software and doing MCQs – please send me a screenshot and what operating system you have – that would be greatly appreciated as we work any browser/OS compatibility bugs.

I'm going to sound like a complete tool, but here it goes: If I want see MCQs only on a particular category, how do I do that? Say, I want a bunch of questions on leases. Can I do that?

Not a tool at all – click “Sims”. I am going to relabel “Sims/Custom”

I haven't ordered it yet, and I probably will when I start restudying for FAR, but just for clarification, say you are weak on a section and just want to focus on that? You can only work on comprehensive questions? So basically, you won't be able to focus on a particular section MCQ at all? How does that work?

“Sims/Custom” to me sounds like a customized session of SIMs: not exactly intuitive. Brain-dead candidate 🙂 needs to see clearly that there is an option to create a customized MCQs session.

I might be nitpicking, thou.
