How to access new questions in Ninja MCQs?

    NINJA Question –

    Does anyone know how to access new (unseen) questions in Ninja MCQ? I am repeatedly seeing the same questions again and am starting to feel like I am not getting enough of the info that I need to study. My progress report says 1600 questions are available and I have not seen 1200! It doesn’t seem like a high trending score “unlocks” more difficult questions as my trending score is 82%. I have used the review for 16 hours now and am starting to memorize the answers rather than strengthen my knowledge and understanding. Any info helps so thanks in advance!
