I did 380 today and going for another 30 now. Spending on average around 1 minute a question so took me over 6 hours today.

That's a lot of questions in a day. Focus on if you are actually learning the material and not just going through the motions to get through the questions.

A mixture of both, I would say. I have limited time so I want to have a pretty good pace here in order to get through all of them before the exam. I try to understand the once I fail on, whereas I don't care too much of the ones I actually pass.
