    NINJA Question –

Alright so I want to give the Ninja Framework a try. I’ve got roughly a month and a half before I retake FAR. Im planning on going through the video straight through but how long did it take most of you guys to get through MCQ? I was thinking maybe I’d get to it 3 weeks prior, and then rewrite my notes 1 week prior and do more.

Is this what most people normally do?

    AUD: 78
    BEC: 81
    FAR: 73, 85
    Reg: 84

Depends on how fast you work through them, how many you do per day and how you feed yourself the questions (Random/Only new questions).

I would estimate it took me about 3 weeks or so to see every question once (taking notes on each one I got wrong). I started out doing random sets, then when I started seeing a lot of repeats I changed to only new questions. When I'd seen everything once I started asking for missed last time seen.

I like NINJA MCQ but my biggest peeve with it is that it takes forever to get to the adaptive learning phase. Currently at 650 question attempts and I'm still in the assessment phase.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and it's $47 so I really can't rail on it too hard. That would be like going to Wendy's and complaining when your order is wrong.

@SaveBandit: You can get through that faster by doing only new problems and/or the troubled/wrong last time questions.

@rithzz: This is my first go through using a slightly modified version of the ninja framework and I'm doing it with BEC using Becker & the Ninja MCQ. I finished all of my lectures last week. This week, I am reading the chapters & doing the homework relating to that chapter immediately (which allows me to get through all of the homework choices in a week & a half), and I am giving myself the last week and a half to do all of the Ninja MCQs. My first two sections were FAR & Audit; I used Becker with the “standard” review method and did all of the Ninja MCQs in my two week review for FAR & a week for Audit. Like @wombataholic said, it really depends on how many you do per day and how you utilize the software using the “new only” options or “wrong last time”. Becuase I'm using the Ninja MCQ as my review, I normally only do “New Questions”, but I finish in about a week.

I only used Ninja MCQ to pass AUD and FAR. I did 3,000 questions on AUD to pass and about 2,000 for FAR to pass. I did about half those amounts respectively on my first try and failed.

I also took a ton of notes from what I learned in MCQ. My time frame on all of my exams were about 5-6 weeks studying everyday for 2-3 hours.
