    NINJA Question –

I have been sitting on this audio for over a month now, unable to get it to bump to my iTunes folders or my iPod (old 3.0) so I can listen on my long walk or bus ride to work. Might some kind tech savvy individual provide a step-by-step? If the to-do list relies on any ambiguous detail I might have to guess at, I will not be able to do it. When I downloaded, my system put the file in the one with the orange-and-white cone icon. It keeps trying to open in my media center, and I can’t get it out and into iTunes. Thanks!

You will need to make iTunes your default media player – somewhere in the settings. I'm a Mac guy, so I don't know exactly how to do that with Vista. It is probably in your Vista settings or in the iTunes preferences.

    Ok i'll take a swing.

I'm hoping you know where your ninja audio resides?

    FOR EXAMPLE:

    c://users/tom/music/ninja_far_audio.mp3

If you do know that, if you go into itunes there is an option to “add music to library” if you are running a remotely new versions of itunes (at least a year old) it can be found from a drop down in the top left corner. If you're on an older version of itunes there should be an intuitive menu option that gives you the “add music” option.

Once there it asks you where the music is, and you will have to “browse” and navigate to the location of the mp3 file as demonstrated above. More than likely if you haven't moved it around it will exist somewhere in your download folder which “most” of the time is found:

    C:UsersTomDownloadsREG_2014_NINJA_Audio_REG_HIYA_89512.zip

    FAR- (2) 64, (5)74, (7)83 (Over achiever!)
    AUD- (3) 70, (4) 75
    BEC- (6) 75

To the OP using Vista. I applaud you for not taking your computer to the back yard and using it for target practice yet.
