NINJA Question –

So I just bought the app with the Scout package and I can’t figure out how to link it with my account, or unlock it, or whatever. I logged in through facebook on the Brainscape app but all but one topic is locked unless I buy a membership? When I clicked the Claim Access button from the email link when I ordered, nothing happened.

did you resolve this issue? im having the same problem…i accessed the PIN from the receipt email and downloaded the Brainscape App…and when i logged into the Brainscape App everything is locked.
So i went back to the receipt email and tried accessing the PIN again but it says “PIN was already redeemed by another user”….help?
