NINJA Question –

As stated in subject line… I didn’t realize we would also have to pay for an account in order to use the flashcards on Iphone. I mean, I don’t mind coughing up the dough if necessary, but just wanted to check to see if this is the norm.

I bit the bullet and paid for one month. If I read the options correctly, I should still be able to access them when I cancel and I can still create my own. Only thing I won't be able to do is import/export files and bookmark certain cards.

I was able to log into my Brainscape app on my Iphone and still use my notecards for free. I'm not sure why.

Quizlet is free to upload flashcards, so you could use that instead of brainscape.

It was free, I haven't checked lately, so you should doublecheck.

Just downloaded all the cards in less than 5 minutes- Study Blue is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the other one.

Need help on the flashcards. I paid the $35 fee to brains cape so I could import the csv files for flashcards. I unzipped them, I can select them when making a new deck, HOWEVER for some reason when I press the import button it doesn't work. I've tried just doing one at a time, rebooting my macbook air, etc. I even went in and saved the files as ‘windows csv' type versus the CSV Jeff had them saved as – NOTHING.

Someone please help. This is very frustrating. Thanks!!

Just wanted to take a second and revive this thread to see if there was ever a resolution to this problem or if I just need to purchase the brainscape program. I tried searching through threads but had a bit of trouble with the new system. Thanks!

I paid for one month and imported all my Ninja flashcards then cancelled before the second billing period. You can still create and edit your own cards, but some of the more advanced features aren't available. It suits it purpose for what I needed, but I haven't been using them as often lately.
