NINJA Question –

#1:

I’m in the Adaptive Learning phase for my review. Before, in the Assessment phase and the earlier stages of the Adaptive phase, I was choosing “Custom & SIMS” tab to see only “New Questions.” After awhile of doing MCQ in the Adaptive Phase, I noticed that the orange progress bar wasn’t budging after 100-200 MCQ. Should I go back to the “MCQ” tab and just stay with that?

#2:

I started my review about two weeks ago and reset my Ninja MCQ. I thought the newly-tested material was supposed to be automatically included into the software. For example, Sec. 179 limit was $25,000 until late last year when Congress reverted back to $500,000. Another example would be the new personal exemption amounts for 2015. I haven’t seen any of these revised questions in the Ninja test bank. Has anyone had this same issue? Like I said, I reset my Ninja MCQ about two weeks ago. Was that too soon? Or was I supposed to do something else?

Hi Broag,

#1 – Yes, I would use the MCQ tab and see if your progress moves

#2 – 179 was $25k/$200k for CPA Exam purposes and congress' change didn't affect the CPA Exam testing. It's the same for 2015. The personal exemption amounts should get uploaded this week…we had to test the updated questions before they went live.
