NINJA Question –

I purchased the 10 Point Combo, and received an email with downloadable content. One of the downloads appears to be the Blitz videos, but I am unable to open the file. I would love to watch the videos without having internet, and need to know if this is an option. Also, do we receive a paper back of the FAR book, or just the e-book?
