So, I’m getting ready for my BEC retake on 10/17 and have been working NINJA mcq’s. My scores are really all over the place and was just wondering if 3 days out if I should be in a massive panic with the following stats:
    trending 78%
    averaging 72%

honestly these trending scores mean nothing. i know that ninja wants you to think they do, but they dont. you're likely seeing repeat problems, these aren't official test questions, there are just too many variables. if you know the material take the exam, if you don't know the material, push it back.

    BEC: 85
    REG: 74, 78
    AUD: 86
    FAR: October?

Thing with BEC is you never know what exam you are going to get… so you could get one that focuses heavily on Cost, one that focuses heavily on Fin Mgmt one that is almost exclusively IT and COSO etc… so I am not sure the trending / average scores really mean that much when it comes to this particular section. Spend the next couple of days focused on what really is troubling you would be my suggestion. GOOD LUCK!

and they ask me why I drink...

FAR- 61-next time I'll ask for lube instead of a calculator
REG-75- Never been so happy to see such a low grade
    BEC- 8/11
    AUD- 9/2

Just my suggestion, you should be doing atleast 2,000 questions. Yes, they are repeat questions, however, they help you grasp the concepts of each topic. I was trending 83% and scored an actual 83 on the exam. The trending helps to let you know if you are prepared for the section. Everyone gets a different variation of the exam so you cannot just focus heavily on one topic. Keep plugging away, understand why it's the correct answer and why the others aren't.

You can do it! Good luck!

    REG - 82
    FAR - 78
    BEC - 76
    AUD - 8/27/16

Let me tell you a story. I took my exam on a Friday. I made the absolute mistake of doing MCQs the day before. I think I was trending 69. Don't do MCQs the day before, do some light review or write down some notes. Let your brain take a break and recharge. I was trending less than 75 before I went into the exam.

Don't worry, keep studying and keep reviewing.

    BEC 80 (10/23/15)
    FAR 72 (4/2/15); 83 (7/11/16)
    REG 52 (4/28/15)
    AUD (9/9/16)

I agree with @hasy I usually dont do any MCQ the night before the exam. If I do anything its in the morning and do a few and if I get a high % I stop to give me the confidence. Good luck!

Agree with @Papogator24, about 2200 attempts is ideal to walk into prometrics fully prepared for everything that could be thrown at you. Trending means nothing, it all depends how confident you are at answering the questions and getting them right. At the beginning, a set of 10 could be a pain in the butt to go through, but if you are practicing so much to the point that sets of 10 are a breeze and you are getting them most of them right, then you probably are ready for the test.

Mine was Avg Trending 80% with average score 68% with 1700 questions completed. I scored an 88. So I'm not sure it's too good of an indicator.
