    NINJA Question –

This is the first time where I think these ninja mcq on BEC is extremely difficult, mainly the Cost Accounting/Operations and not like what the exam questions were (this is my 2nd bec rodeo). In wiley, they specifically say that overhead variance will be lightly tested but here I’m getting full-blown questions. I want to allocate my time properly; can anyone give me some input? I’m trying to be fully prepared but how is there 400 mcq on cost accounting vs only 200 in wiley and becker. Are some of these questions outdated?

Hi Cpabro. The questions are up to date. If I'm understanding you correctly, you're asking if the exam tests on these subjects to the degree that ninja is testing them, whereas the other courses might not delve into the nuances as much on these topics?

NINJA uses past CPA Exam questions, and the more nuanced the better (in my opinion) in terms of preparing you for curveballs – and possible sims.

Of course, if these were CFA questions or something that was beyond the scope of the CPA Exam, that would be different.

You don't have to work all 400 or whatever if you're scoring high…no issue with that at all.

    Hope that helps a little,

    jeff
