I suppose the difference is that C doesn't directly concern uncorrected misstatements. Of course on the actual exam I would not be able to reason with such subtlety and precision.

@23K, this question got me too. The reason it is “A” because of one word reflected in that answer…”ALL.” Trivial misstatements do not have to be documented.

For AUD, you have to be careful of answer choices that use words like “must” or “all”. More often than not they are not the correct answer.
