For those of you who remember seeing the huge revenue cycle diagram (comes up in the BEC NINJA mcq’s and Audit ninja mcq’s ) can someone please explain it step by step. I am trying to understand it for Audit. I tried to copy and paste it here and also tried to attach it as a file but I am unable to do that on the forum. The ninja questions go like this: This flowchart depicts part of a client’s revenue cycle. Some of the flowchart symbols are labeled to indicate control procedures and records.

Symbol #2 most likely represents:

For BEC the questions are under Corporate Governance -> Monitoring Control effectiveness. I didn’t really study it for BEC but I need help with it for Audit. Thanks a lot!

Oh I found it somewhere else as well. It's on page 60 of this website (it's close to what I am trying to learn in ninja). The only section I kind of understand is the Sales Department one, the Computer Processing and Warehouse and Shipping Department are giving me trouble.
