I am wondering if anyone used Ninja books fore Reg? what do you think about it?

Yes I did and judging from my score on my first try I think it is pretty good! The first thing I do is read the entire book and take a few notes so that I have a good basis for the material.

I have the book, notes, audio, and mcq's. I am reading the book. I love it compared to the ridiculously huge Wiley book. I am kind of back and forth between the mcq's and the book. I don't feel too bad after reading and doing questions. I don't get so many wrong. Yes, we're still learning, but I still want to think I know some of the answers and not just guessing on all of them. I might be a little lazy though, I don't want to read the book sometimes so I just do more questions hoping to learn from them. Or write the notes a few times before doing questions.

i am using ninja book and mcq for REG. used them for AUD and BEC successfully.

i have a question. in the individual tax book on schedule A it says state and local taxes do not apply for 2015. is this true? i reviewed a 2015 schedule A from IRS site and those are still listed. has there been a tax law change that expires this deduction for 2016 and therefore the exam will exclude these as itemized deductions?
