It’s been over a week now and all I got was an email saying that my refund was confirmed. The notes were a waste of time at least in my situation because they were subpar compared to the Yaeger notes and couldn’t even be considered supplemental worthy. The one good thing I derived from the purchase was a few study tips at the beginning of the notes handout. Now that I asked for my money back, this “drama free” guarantee of a refund is nowhere to be found. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else purchasing if this is how it normally turns out. If I never get my money back I’ll probably be searching in other forums online relating to cpa preparation to see if other people have this issue, and I’ll make sure to add in my voice. This is ridiculous.

The only complaint about not getting a refund was this ONE thread. Sure the notes may not be your style. But the no drama refund is there. I hope the OP returns just to clear Jeff's good name.

He/She probably wasted more time typing up a complaint than actually looking over the notes.

Is this for real? I'm smelling something funny. Oh, yeah, that's the BS posted by the OP. I dare you to name me ONE, just one, review course that offers a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Most won't even consider it until you have already taken the exam and FAILED. And even then they blame you for not passing and refuse the refund they “guarantee”.

The Ninja Audio for Far easily helped me score 10 extra points. Its cheap, effective and worth every penny if used correctly. Every minute in car I used it. Even a 5 min ride to the store.

my bad it was the bank's error after all for some reason chase noted it as a chargeback. I guess I was out of line. I still will say the notes aren't helpful in my situation but you can call b/s on that for all you care. And for the post saying I couldn't have evaluated the product within 48 hours, it takes less than 30 minutes to look over the notes. 100 pages of notes with 40% white space doesn't take a long time to review. Like I said, it could work for some people who need condensed notes, but I think Yaeger did a better job in their condensed notes which serve the same purpose.

I spaced the notes like that on purpose…It has to do with how people absorb info best.
