I do want to buy both NINJA note and Ninja MQC for FAR

but my cash inflow is not enough to buy both in this years my personal F/S reporting period …

Currently, I have wiley CPAecel exam review study guide 2014 with accumulated depreciation to great extent on that book… and I think there is impairment loss on the book as material for FAR has been updated and since it is “for use” item, I think the impairment loss is not recoverable…

any suggestion …??

Personally, if I could only get one or the other, I would definitely go with the NINJA MCQ. While you might not see the exact same questions on exam day, you'll see some of the nuances(i.e. annoyances lol) they include in the questions that could trip you up on exam day. You'll also benefit from the statistics/reports they provide. FAR is my first exam using NINJA MCQ so I'm not quite sure how the adaptive phase works yet but I hear it's super helpful to drill your weak topics so that they are no longer your weak topics.

The NINJA MCQ also include links/pop ups to a lot of the rules/info that the question pertains to. While the NINJA notes are helpful for a broad overview of information, you can only read them so many times. You could probably use the NINJA MCQ extensively every day for the 3 months access window and it would still be beneficial to your studies.

The answer is simple. Get Ninja MCQ. Ninja Note is very good at keeping the topics together and organized. It is more of a review guide whereas the MCQ is where you actually learn 97% of the material.
