NINJA Question –

Somehow I can access the forum on my phone but not my computer at work (have always been able to) it says the page is timed out. Tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. Any ideas?

Also the biggest thing, I can’t get my ninja mcq password reset. It locked out. I went to reset password and it wants a stronger password. I made one then i updated it and now I can’t get logged in.

Just talked to IT guy he said no changes have been made since this morning. I can access forum and mcq on cell phone not work. It is saying it took too long to respond on chrome.

I responded to the Help Desk ticket – hope the password is resolved.

If the Sites work on your phone and not your work – it's a work network issue of some sort it sounds like…the network is blocking it or something.

Thanks Jeff. I am having him look more into it. Lots of people use the websites forum and mcq. Better get it unblocked.

Can someone please help me out on how to access the MCQ BEC – I paid for it already, I just can not understand where do I go. When I entered my username and password I got to this Forum. I would greatly appreciate your help.
