Hey, Friends!

I don’t post much, but I figure that I would share with those of you struggling with REG like I have been. I have failed REG 3 times now…63, 66,63. I took the NIU correspondence course, Yaeger Cram, Wiley test bank…old Becker material from my former employer. EVERYTHING I could get my hands on.

Anyway, each of my past exams felt impossible…that is until yesterday. I don’t want to jinx it, but I feel really good about my chances this time around. I don’t know if it was that I overstudied or that the exam seemed easier than usual, or that I made a lot of errors and it got easier…but I felt like I was familiar with nearly every question.

I haven’t felt like this on any of my passed exams (I’ve passed FAR, BEC & AUD). This time, I typed up all of my own notes (Jeff’s suggestion :)), I drew diagrams for myself to help me remember, and I had the notes bound. I carried that little notebook around with me everywhere and wrote little notes in the margins when I picked up new nuggets of information. I also used the Wiley testbank again this time, but I didn’t like the simulations so I bought Gleim‘s CPA online simulation wizard- it looks JUST LIKE the real exam!!! Even the research question.

Being able to practice the simulations really helped to boost my confidence. I pray that it was enough to pass…I literally can’t sit on my butt it hurts so bad from all of the sitting and studying.

prayer is key and has helped me squeeze by in some of the exams esoecially reg………………i prayed hard for reg my first exam and ended up dreaming i got got a 74n and was miraculously changed divinely to a 75………………..i checked my score and got a 75……………….i am sure this was a miracle and that the examiners changed last minute to my score as to where to cutoff the passing bcos my exam score i think came in last minute too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so keep praying
