Hello,

I have to retake an exam and want to go through the Gleim study units again, how can I reset this and my answers as if I am starting fresh?

Need to call them and then they will ask for your failing report.

In other words. You can't manually do it and you need to ask them to do it.

I called technical support today to reset and was told I had to speak with my personal counselor, which of course, won't be in until Monday.
