Is anyone else finding incorrect answers provided by Gleim?

I am using both Yaeger and then Gleim for more MCQ’s

    Gleim 2010 BEC.

Study unit 9 Long – Term Capital Financing

The MCQ’s are hellish and that is o.k.

However, they are asking you to calculate one thing and then give you the answer for something else.

For instance and I think I’m right. The cost of common equity is not the same as the cost of using retained earnings.

The “Cost of Retained Earnings” is calculated using CAPM and the cost of common stock is “Dividend Yield plus growth”, right?

Has anyone else had a problem in this section with Gleim?

ive found instances in Wiley where the answer given is wrong (i think).

On page 170 in Module 41, the book gives the formula of days sales outstanding being avg AR/credit sales per day.

Question 49 in Module 41 asks: what is the days sales outstanding formula? The answer of avg AR/ sales per day (choice A) is wrong?

    Maybe im going crazy???

    Yea,

I found a wrong answer in Wiley also. It was some odd question about a component of CAPM. Anyway it was freaking me out so much I called Wiley and we chatted about it.

Then some accounting guy emailed me and said they were in fact wrong. STRESS,,,, just a little.

I am doing some work in the same section as you. I will look for the errors you found.

I can probably pick out the questions you are both referring too. I noticed the same thing.

    Secondtime,

Did you notice any other incorrect answers in ch 9?
