For users of Gleim for the BEC section, what are your opinions? I bought the NINJA MCQ as a supplement, but is Gleim alone enough to feel comfortable passing, given sufficient preparation?

    BEC (2/28/16) ----- 78
    FAR (09/10/16)-----
    AUD
    REG

    CIA, CGAP, CFE

    I found Gleim sufficient.

Gleim for BEC is more than sufficient. The mcq's are tough, and they provide great examples for the WC.

No, I needed both Gleim and Ninja MCQ to pass.

Just spend the extra $50. It takes money to make money.

    AUD - 74, 99 !!
    REG - 74, 92
    BEC - 83
    FAR - 73, 86

I used it a couple of years ago and found it deficient. I had to supplement with a website called “Free CPA Questions” or something, which I think really helped me have the best scores in that section, than any other section.

But, as I said, I don't know how they've changed since then (Gleim).

    CPA - Since 2015
    CISA - Smashed 2012
    CIA - Passed 2015

I think Gleim with Ninja is a great combination. You might want to just use Gleim to learn the material, then turn to Ninja for the MCQs. (Gleim's BEC questions are unnecessarily ridiculous, in my opinion).

I also think Gleim does an awesome job of teaching you how to answer the written communication questions.

    AUD 84 (Oct. 2015)
    BEC 80 (Oct. 2015)
    REG 74 (May 2016)
    FAR TBD

Just passed BEC with only Gleim. You should be fine if you have used and passed with Gleim before.
