I have Gleim 2016 and unfortunately couldn’t finish taking the exams. I know there were significant changes but would I be at a huge disadvantage if I continue using 2016 instead of getting 2017. It is for REG and FAR.

Absolutely! Why would you want to stay in the old version? It doesn't cost anything to switch over. I got through half of AUD when I switched over and noticed the material was more organized. I also like that as you progress through each Study Unit, they throw in questions from prior Study Units to keep things fresh (and they increase your score on the quiz if you get them right. lol.). I started studying FAR today.

I have the basic version, I know the multiple choice online has switched over to 2017, but my reading material is still the 2016 version. Do you know if they give new reading material for free.. the sales people at Gleim are a little pushy and confusing, the last one I spoke to was trying to get me to switch over to premium which would require paying more money. Did you get new textbooks when you switched over?

I have the premium version. I did get new books – they are a lot smaller and condensed which is nice. Whether you want one or all four, new books only cost the price of shipping – $16.50. I got all four so I can resell the set after I pass. Plus, staring at a computer for too long gives me a headache.
