I am in my final few days of review for AUD and have been going through all of the Gleim simulations. I was wondering if anyone using Gleim could give their opinion on whether the Gleim SIMs are a good representation of what to expect on the actual exam? I’m asking because I have heard that a lot of people are struggling with the AUD SIMs on the exam, however, I have found that the Gleim practice examples have not been very complicated. Thanks!

I am also using gleim only …presentation will be same like gleim ….Sims are practical based question and gleim just helps you in preparing for the format ..if you are through with your book and concept wise and then any sims you can easily do it with the help of authoritative literature …..it depends on your luck too whether you get tough or easy one …all the best

Anyone have any suggestions on which topics to focus on for SIMs? Obviously, the study material offers simulation examples across all of the material, but I'm assuming there are certain topics that are more frequently tested in the simulation format.

Gleim sims were nothing like the ones on the test.

I can finish each of the Gleim sim sections in 10-15 minutes.

On the actual exam, it took me every second of 2.5 hours to finish. The real sims were much longer and 10x harder.

I failed with a 72 despite having strong MCQ scores only because the sims were so insane.

@frozencat – I completely agree that the actual exams SIMs were much more difficult. I did every simulation that Gleim offered and didn't usually have much of a problem averaging in the 80s. The actual exam threw me for a loop and i also found myself spending an obscene amount of time trying to get through the simulations. Fortunately, I found out this week that I ended up passing with an 86, but I am certain that it is because I aced the multiple choice. Best of luck.

I agree with a previous poster. The Gleim SIMS were nothing like the SIMS on the exam. The SIMS on the exam were more cryptic. I failed AUD with a 74, because of those lousy SIMS. I think the Ninja SIMS are better, and I am focusing on doing those to prepare for my retake. Hope this helps. Be encouraged.

It's been a while since I took AUD but I thought Gleim SIMS were a good preparation. Indeed there were some very difficult SIMS on the exam. If you have doubts, go to a college library and work on other preparation course practice SIMS, or practice NINJA, etc.
