Additional MCQ besides Gleim

    Hello… first post on site…

I am currently using Gleim to study and it is a great product, but I am able to remember answers to MCQs once I see them usually and I am looking for a suggestion to get additional MCQ to practice for exams.

I see Ninja spoken about a lot and wondered do I do Ninja or Wiley? Also, if you buy Ninja MCQ does that come with more simulations or do you have to get another NInja to get the simulations? Can you get just the simulations?

Also, do Ninja break the questions down into sections like Gleim?

    Thanks for advice and info.

Yes NINJA comes with SIMS, but as for FAR, I feel like they are not indicative of what you see on exam day. Not sure if REG is better on the SIMS front.

Better than nothing for sure, and help as a study tool, but exam day SIMS from my experience (with FAR, not REG) were much more involved.

NINJA MCQs (70 score on FAR) I feel prepared me for FAR MCQs WAYYYY better than Wiley which I used my first take (59 score) on FAR.

    BEC - 80
    FAR - 81 (third attempt)
AUD - waiting for score 8/23
REG - 09/08/2016 - going to cram and wing it

    OH Ethics - Completed

    Thanks.

Gleim was great for audit but wanted to get more MCGs and SIMS for reg because it sounds like the more practice the better.

Molly there are 2,600 questions in Gleim's Reg test bank – are you talking about the book?

Reply… yes. I know it is a lot questions, but many I can remember the answer when I see it again so looking for a good source to get new questions to study as a final review. I do the book and online.

Gleim user here. Have you gone through all of the questions? You can customize the test bank to choose only questions you haven't seen. If you've already gone through every single one, kudos to you. I haven't come close to touching all of the questions for the sections I've done so far.

    AUD: 95 (11/2015)
    FAR: 88 (02/2016)
    REG: 89 (06/2016)
    BEC: 90 (07/2016)
    Ethics: 93

I'm never studying for anything ever again!

Ah, well NINJA is my backup and it's well worth the $47.

Yes. I haven't for REG but I did for AUD. I did every question for the unit as I did each unit and then for the final week before the test I went back and did 50 for each one. And I was surprised how many I remembered from doing during the units so I want to add another to ensure I know the matter and not just memory.

I am doing the same now with REG. I do a unit and do all questions possible. After I complete four units I do a set of questions to pick up all complete to keep them fresh, so I am seeing lots of questions multiple times. If I miss the question I do a study review as well. It is time consuming but I really do feel I know it once I am done.
